Please remember that each piece is handcrafted so, while we do production pieces that are similar, no two creations will be exactly the same. We offer a limited lifetime warranty. If any piece breaks through normal wear and tear we will attempt to repair it for free. If we deem that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear, we will quote a cost to complete the repair. If the piece cannot be repaired, we will offer a discount on a replacement piece.
